    For the next six weeks or so I am emphasizing building up my strength endurance. Today I was in the weight room working on legs and doing 3 sets of 12-15 for all exercises. I LOVE leg days at the gym.
Since I am working on endurance and using lighter weights, I am doing mostly one legged exercise...
